Nihon Seiko produces and supplies antimony trioxide and various antimony products. The antimony products are used as flame retardant additives, a catalyst or a de-foaming agent in manufacturing of products indispensable to our daily life such as plastics, textiles and high grade glass for FPD-TV.

As environmental concerns and interest continue to grow throughout the world, Nihon Seiko recognized social responsibility environmental initiatives and, on March 17,2000 Nihon Seiko received the ISO14001 certificate for the first time as the Japanese antimony producer.

We address Environmental Safety of Antimony Products, as a leading manufacturer of antimony products, through the activity of the relevant business association "Japan Mining Industry Association Antimony Environmental Safety Committee" and "Flame Retardant Chemicals Association of Japan".
