The core philosophy of the Nihon Seiko Group is to recognize environment, safety, and growth as the most important issues, and to play an active role in the manufacturing in order to create a richer and more comfortable living environment and to achieve coexistence with society. For 3 years from fiscal year 2022 to fiscal year 2024, we have drawn up a medium-term management plan (MTP) with the goal of achieving sustainable business growth by strengthening the management of our group. We aim to further improve the value of the company by completing MTP.
